Kandi has been an integrated part of our dental team since March 2009. However, she has been in the dental field since 1991. Her ability to communicate her dental knowledge and chairside manner make her indispensable to this practice. She updates her skills regularly by attending continuing education courses. She is certified in radiology and nitrous oxide. Kandi "grew up" in dentistry with her father as a mentor - he was a practicing dentist for over thirty four years.
Kandi is the loving wife of Carroll and together they have two children, Justin and Allison. She enjoys scrapbooking, movies, and being with friends and family.

Tandi is a registered dental assistant who has been on our team since our opening day! She graduated from Deer Park High School in 1991 and continued her education at San Jacinto College and Adventure Dental Careers. Through her extensive training she is able to educate and assist our patients in understanding how to achieve optimum dental health.
She currently resides in Friendswood with her husband, son and daughter. Her favorite activities are yoga, fishing and traveling!
Tiffany McMillan- Dental Assistant
Tiffany graduated from Pearland High School in 2006. She graduated with a 4.0 GPA and was in the top 15% of her class. She is currently attending San Jacinto Community College to complete her Associates Degree in Biology.
She first got into dentistry because of her Aunt Tara, who works with us as well. She hopes to eventually transfer to a University and become a dentist. She enjoys working out, dance, and spending time with her boyfriend.

In 2007, Lauren began working in a dental office for additional income and quickly fell in love with the close patient contact and family atmosphere of a small office. Last year, she joined Your Perfect Smile Dentistry as a patient care coordinator where she greets each patient and handles them with care and compassion.
Her love for pastries enabled her to go to culinary school where she became a master pastry chef and is now the proud owner of Pink Ribbon Confections, a wedding and specialty cake company.
With her love of being a patient care coordinator, her passion for pastries, and the love and support she receives from Your Perfect Smile, she is able to combine the best of both worlds.
Tara Vyrostek- Patient Care Coordinator
Tara started out as a dental and orthodontic assistant in 1991. After crosstraining in both front and back office tasks, she eventually transitioned into a full time patient care coordinator. This role allows her to support patients one on one with their dental needs, making sure patients fully understand what treatment they need and how their dental insurance works. She has met people through dental networking and marketing which helps her build great patient relations.
Tara enjoys promoting our wonderful doctors and team that she is privileged to work with. After 19 years in the dental field, she is proud to say she has finally found a home where we are all one big family.
